 Consulting

In assessing a potential new client’s needs, prior to preparing a definite proposal, it is not uncommon to find that a certain amount of consulting in other areas of the business will be necessary in order to ensure that our final proposal is based on a full understanding of all the issues that will need to be embraced in our final offer.

For example, in the past we have sometimes found it desirable to allow for additional interventions such as:

o    A climate (or attitude) survey

o    Upgrading or even development of Quality Assurance procedures

o    Refinement of manufacturing, delivery or stock control procedures

o    Fine tuning the levels of measurability in job descriptions

o    Generally assessing the extent to which outcomes are measurable
