Maintaining a strategic position
Unless the day-to-day decisions of your employees, from board of director to
first line supervisor level, are basically aligned to a soundly structured and
sharply articulated long-term strategy, your business is, in these turbulent
times, at constant risk.
Strategy is no longer an aspect of business, applicable only to the board of
