Succession planning – the key to long-term sustainability
A primary requirement of every company that aspires to world class status is an
obligatory ruling that, at every level of the management team, an ongoing focus
on the crucial issue of succession planning is actively sustained.
Furthermore, at any time every senior manager, in each
department is, either actively involved in developing a successor or has a plan
to start such a process in the foreseeable future.
